NACO SOCH App: A Comprehensive Healthcare App for HIV Continuum of Care
The NACO SOCH app is a free healthcare application developed by National Health Portal-MoHFW for Android users. It caters to four different logins, including healthcare staff (OST Nurse, FICTC Counsellor, and TI Outreach Worker) and beneficiaries registered in the HIV ecosystem through SOCH web application.
The beneficiary login allows users to access their Personal Medical Records, book online appointments at registered facilities, set reminders for medicine, and check follow-up appointments from healthcare staff. The F-ICTC paramedic staff login helps record reactive clients and refer them to ICTC for confirmatory tests. The TI ORW App enables Outreach Workers to record service delivery on field, view reports, and track their PE’s performance through the app. The OST Nurse login is designed to allow nurses to record real-time dispensations, view their stock status, and includes additional features such as the Take Home option and stock adjustment.
